Did a lot of research while looking to choose the best company to perform HVAC duct & vent cleaning service. K&K had the most 5 star reviews more than all others promoting this service. I decided to choose This business based on high customer satisfaction. Wow did I make the right decision! Mohamed did a phenomenal job! Professional, expert knowledge of products & services, polite & extremely careful with expensive hardwood floors & household items. Please do yourself a favor and choose K&K Air Duct Cleaning to handle your HVAC duct & vent cleaning service. You won’t regret it!!!

The services performed were for 2 HVAC duct & vent cleaning as well as the dryer vent cleaning. I was initially notified the technicians would arrive between 12 to 2 PM, but they arrived a lot earlier at around 11:40 AM which was even better. They also called me at 11 AM to let me know they'd arrive earlier.The technicians were Mohamed and Samuel. They both wore masks and shoe covers while indoors as expected. Very polite and professional while they were at my house. All in all, they were done with everything in about 2 hours. These guys were efficient and yet, very thorough with everything they did and I couldn't be happier that I chose K&K to service my home, which hasn't had the air ducts cleaned in 10+ years. The air quality in the house has improved noticeably after the cleaning as done.K&K Air Duct Cleaning wasn't the cheapest option we found. Prior to contacting This company , we got 3 other quotes that were perhaps ~$200 cheaper for the overall package, but after seeing the quality of service provided by K&K , we knew we made the right choice. Quality work does have its price tag. K&K was also the only vendor of all that actually provided me an estimated price after I used their website to request a quote, not to mention it was extremely quite (probably within 10 minutes after I submitted the request). I had to call the other vendors to get quotes from them since none of them provided me an estimated price by email even though they had online forms to fill out for quotes as well.We will definitely contact K&K again for future HVAC & vent cleaning.

We used K&K Air Duct Cleaning for the first time and we are very pleasant with their professional and responsiveness. Sarah was very welcoming and helpful. She was also very knowledge by answering all the questions we asked. Mohamed and his partner were also very professional and willing to meet our accommodation needs. They were very patient and took their time to check the system and clean them out. They showed us how much debris out there and that explained why we experienced some allergies lately. We were very glad that we hired them and we would definitely use their service again in the future. Thank you for everything!

K&K guys arrived with masks and shoe covers and were on time for the scheduled dryer vent cleaning. Set up was not too invasive and they left everything as they found it when the vent cleaning was done.They were all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others and do business with them again.

Great company. The technicians arrived on time and explained which services they thought we needed/didn’t need. The technician said we only needed air duct cleaning and not dryer/furnace cleaning. He saved us a lot of money!
